Cancellation & Refund Policy

Life happens, and flexibility is important. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can honor each other’s time.  Use the booking portal link sent in your confirmation email to manage changes. Please do not book multiple sessions to avoid duplicate charges; simply reschedule through the portal.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session rate, and no-shows (after 15-minute grace period), will be charged the full session rate. In the case of an emergency or unexpected life event, refund requests may be considered after discussion and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are processed manually within 24 business hours through Stripe or PayPal, and funds typically return within 3–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Please call if you’re running late and leave a message if there is no answer, including your name, number, session time.

The goal is to create a positive and supportive experience for everyone involved. If something feels off, uncomfortable, or misaligned, you are encouraged to speak up so it can be addressed with care. At times, a service may not feel like the right fit, or the timing may not be right. If that happens, the intention is to approach it honestly and respectfully. This work is rooted in mutual care, clear communication, and respect for personal boundaries.
