Cancellation & Refund Policy

Life happens, and flexibility is important. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can honor each other’s time.  Use the booking portal link sent in your confirmation email to manage changes. Please do not book multiple sessions to avoid duplicate charges; simply reschedule through the portal.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session rate, and no-shows (after 15-minute grace period) will be charged the full session rate. Approved refunds are processed manually within 24 business hours via Stripe/PayPal (funds typically return in 3-10 business days).

Please call if you’re running late and leave a message if there is no answer including: your name, number, and time of session.  A text message is ok if you are unable to call; please include the same information.

Working Together

With All the Love wants each interaction to feel safe and respectful for all parties.  Each client relationship is approached with honesty, care, and respect.  With that in mind, here are a few key things to know as we move forward:

  • Mutual Respect: The aim is a positive and supportive experience. If anything ever feels off, or misaligned, it is encouraged to speak up if something doesn’t feel right for you.
  • Boundaries & Fit: For various reasons, a collaboration might not be the right fit, or the timing may be off. If that ever comes up, the goal is to be honest (and gentle) about it.

That’s it.  Nothing too formal, just a little clarity so we have clear understanding. With All the Love believes in mutual care and clear communication. If we each show up with that intention, we’re already on a beautiful path.  Let’s do great work together.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
